Indulge in the creamy sweetness of this White Chocolate Matcha Latte—a perfect balance of rich matcha flavor and velvety white chocolate. It’s like bringing a cozy café experience right into your home!
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces for easy melting.
Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add hot water. The temperature of the hot water should be around 70-80℃ (158-176℉). Whisk well until smooth (use a Chasen if you have one).
Stir the chopped white chocolate into the matcha mixture.
Heat the milk and add it to the matcha. For a café-like experience, steam the milk using a steamer/frother if available.
Garnish with extra chopped white chocolate or a dusting of matcha powder.
The preference of the strength of the matcha flavor will be different from person to person. Please adjust to your liking. As a dairy-free option, I would suggest coconut milk.
